Cuba is an archipelago of islands in the Carribean Sea.. Cuba is very noticable because it is the largest country in the West Indies.The total area of this country is 42,803 sq mi. .The population density is 102.79 people/km2.. Cuba is west of Haiti ,south of Florida and east of Mexico. Cuba would be a great place to travel because of its tropical climate but it is not suggested to visit during hurricane season.The American government prohibited Americans to visit Cuba

Tourism is a major source of revenue for Cuba. There are many beaches, which are a big tourist attraction in Cuba . Some of the famous beaches are Cayo Coco and Varadero Beach. Havana is also big with tourists. Havana is home to many museums such as Museo de la Musica, which is a museusm dedication to musical history of Cuba.

Cuba was first discovered by Christopher Columbus on October 12, 1492. Columbus claimed the land for Spain. Cuba has been under attack ever since Spain it. The president of Cuba is now Raul Castro.
